BlueCarma does not ship physical products.
All services and deliverables are digital.

Digital Delivery

• Raw footage is delivered via a secure link within 48 hours of filming.

• Edited content may take 2–7 business days depending on the project.

• Delivery times may vary if additional revisions are requested.

File Access

You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.
We keep backups for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
