BlueCarma does not ship physical products — all services and deliverables are digital.

Digital Delivery

• Raw footage is delivered via a secure link, typically within a few hours of filming (often under 2). In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.
• Edited content timelines vary by scope — quick reels are often same-day, while larger edits take 2–7 business days.
• Delivery times may extend if additional revisions are requested.

File Access

You are responsible for downloading and storing your files. We keep backups for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
