Service Use

You agree to provide accurate booking details and communicate clearly about your project needs.

Content Rights

All footage captured remains the property of BlueCarma until full payment is received.
After payment, you receive a license to use the content for personal or business purposes.
BlueCarma retains the right to use non-sensitive footage for portfolio or promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be booked through our official system.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling must be requested 24 hours prior.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activities.

Liability

BlueCarma is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by misuse of our services

  • Loss of data due to client-side issues

  • Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or technical failures

Payment

Payment terms are due as stated on invoices.
Service sessions must be fully paid before final deliverables are released.
