Refund & Cancellation Policy

BlueCarma provides creative services, filming sessions, and digital content — not physical products. There's nothing to ship or return. Because our work involves dedicated time, labor, and digital deliverables, all sales are final once a session is completed, and we do not offer refunds.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, reach out within 48 hours of receiving your footage and we'll work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your session — eligible to reschedule.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before — non-refundable, due to reserved time and preparation.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is included when requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Digital deliverables

All digital content (raw footage, edited videos, etc.) is non-refundable once delivered.
