Return & Refund Policy

BlueCarma provides creative services, filming sessions, and digital content creation. Because our work involves time, labor, and digital deliverables, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your footage and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable due to preparation and time allocation.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We allow one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Digital Deliverables

All digital content (raw footage, edited videos, etc.) is non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital goods.
