This Privacy Policy explains how BlueCarma LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as BlueCarma ("BlueCarma," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit bluecarma.com, contact us, or hire us for video and content services (the "Services").

Information you give us. When you fill out our inquiry form, email us, call us, or book a shoot, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, company, the type of video or event you need, dates and locations, budget, how you heard about us, and anything else you include in your message.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and basic transaction details (such as amount, date, and invoice or payment status). We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, referring site, and whether you submitted the inquiry form. If you arrive from an ad or link with tracking tags (UTM parameters), we save the source, medium, and campaign in your browser so we know which marketing brought you to us, and we include it with your inquiry.
Footage and images. When we film or photograph an event or project, we capture video, audio, and images of people and places. See "Footage and Your Likeness" below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver shoots, send invoices, and provide support.
- To run and improve our website and measure which marketing works.
- To advertise our services, including showing ads to people who visited our site or engaged with our content.
- To keep business, tax, and legal records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

- Dropbox for storing and sharing project footage and deliverables.

- Contract editors, videographers, and sales staff who work with us and are bound to protect your information.

Footage and Your Likeness
Footage and photos we create for a client may include people who are not the client. Clients are responsible for notifying people they invite and for obtaining any permissions needed at their location. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, BlueCarma may use footage from shoots in our portfolio, website, and social media. If you appear in our work and want a clip removed, email us and we will review the request promptly.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for follow-up and then deleted or archived. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to the exceptions in the law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full card numbers or government ID numbers by email or through the inquiry form.
Your Rights and Choices

Parents and guardians may book shoots involving minors, such as birthday parties; in that case we collect only the details the adult provides.
